Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
Reachdit ("the Service", available at reachdit.com) is operated from California, USA ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. What the Service does
Reachdit finds publicly available Reddit posts through a web search provider, uses AI (Anthropic's Claude) to score how relevant each post is to a tool you describe, and drafts a suggested reply. You choose whether to post any suggested reply. The Service does not post to Reddit on your behalf.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the Service (for example, excessive automated requests).
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Reachdit responsibly and in line with Reddit's own Terms of Service and each subreddit's rules. Specifically, you will not: • Use the Service to mass-post identical or near-identical replies across many threads • Use suggested replies to promote illegal products, services, or content • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the Service's infrastructure • Use the Service to harass, deceive, or manipulate other Reddit users You are solely responsible for what you post on Reddit, including any consequences from Reddit's own moderation or anti-spam systems.
5. Plans, billing and cancellation
New accounts get a 7-day free trial of Pro with no payment details required. After the trial, accounts move to the Free plan unless you subscribe to Pro. Pro costs $24 USD per month, billed in advance through PayPal, and renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page or from your PayPal account; you keep Pro until the end of the paid month and won't be charged again. Payments are non-refundable except as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy (reachdit.com/refund). We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email to active subscribers.
6. AI-generated content
Relevance scores and drafted replies are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given post. Always review a suggested reply before posting it. Reachdit does not guarantee that any reply is accurate, appropriate, or will comply with a subreddit's rules.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties to operate, including Serper (for web search of public Reddit posts), Anthropic (for AI processing), Supabase (for authentication and data storage), and PayPal (for payments). We aren't responsible for outages, changes, or content on those third-party platforms.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will result in any particular outcome (traffic, signups, sales, etc.) for your tool.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reachdit and its operators aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any action taken (or not taken) as a result of a suggested reply.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. If we make material changes, we'll do our best to notify active users. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
