Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial first

Every new account gets 7 days of full Pro access for free, with no payment details required. We encourage you to use the trial to decide whether Reachdit is right for you before you pay.

2. Billing

Reachdit Pro costs $24 USD per month. Payments are processed by PayPal. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the date you first subscribed, until you cancel.

3. Cancel anytime

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account, or from your PayPal account under automatic payments. Once cancelled, you won't be charged again. You keep Pro access until the end of the month you already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan.

4. Refunds

Because you can try every Pro feature for free before paying, payments are non-refundable and we don't offer refunds or credits for partial months or unused time. Exceptions: if you were charged after cancelling, charged twice, or charged because of an error on our side, contact us and we'll refund the incorrect charge in full.

5. Price changes

If we change the price of Pro, we'll tell existing subscribers by email at least 30 days before the new price applies to them. You can cancel before then if you don't want to continue.
