1. What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (handled securely via Supabase). When you use the scan tool, we process the tool name, description, and keywords you submit, along with the Reddit posts returned for your search. If you subscribe to Pro, PayPal processes your payment; we receive your PayPal subscription ID and its status, but never your card or bank details. We also log IP addresses for signup rate-limiting and abuse prevention, and collect basic usage analytics (via Amplitude) such as page views and feature usage.
2. How we use it
We use this data to operate the Service: authenticating you, running your Reddit scans, generating AI-scored results and draft replies, and preventing abuse (like repeated signups from the same IP). Usage analytics help us understand which features are used and improve the product. We don't sell your data.
3. Third parties we share data with
• Supabase: stores your account and authentication data • Anthropic (Claude AI): processes your tool description and the Reddit posts we fetch, to generate relevance scores and draft replies • Serper: receives the keywords you enter, to search the web for public Reddit posts; no private Reddit data is accessed • PayPal: processes subscription payments • Resend: sends account emails such as sign up confirmation and password resets • Amplitude: receives anonymized usage analytics events Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing data they process on our behalf.
4. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us and we'll remove it, except where we're required to retain records for legal or security reasons (e.g., abuse-prevention logs).
5. Cookies
We use cookies required for authentication (via Supabase) to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.
6. Your rights
You can access, update, or delete your account data at any time by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like GDPR or CCPA. Contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
7. Children's privacy
Reachdit isn't intended for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active users where possible.
